• Health information: Symptoms, medical history, consultation notes, lab reports (only used for your care)
• Payment information: UPI transaction IDs and screenshots (not full banking details)
• Delivery information: Address and phone number (only for pharmacy orders)
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used (anonymised, for improving our service)

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or full financial account details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide medical consultations, pharmacy orders, and diagnostic services
• To send appointment confirmations, test reports, and order updates via email
• To verify payments and process refunds
• To improve our platform and services (using anonymised data only)
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

We never sell your personal or health data. We only share data in these limited cases:

• Your treating doctor: Your health information is shared only with the doctor you choose to consult
• NABL labs: For diagnostic tests, sample collection details are shared with the processing lab
• Legal requirement: Only if required by Indian law or court order
• Emergency: If there is a serious risk to your life or others, as required by medical ethics

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted database storage for health records
• Access controls — only authorised personnel can access patient data
• Regular security audits
• All staff sign confidentiality agreements

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. Medical records are retained for 7 years as per Indian medical regulations. You may request deletion of non-medical account data at any time.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
