How to Request a Refund
Email support@meddicare.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID / Booking ID
- Reason for refund request
- UPI ID to receive the refund
We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are credited to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days after approval.
Consultation Refunds
- Cancel through your dashboard or by emailing us 2+ hours before your scheduled time for a full refund
- If your doctor does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you automatically qualify for a full refund
- Technical issues preventing consultation (our end): full refund or free rescheduling
Pharmacy Refunds
- Prescription (Rx) medicines are non-refundable once dispensed due to regulatory requirements
- Non-Rx items can be returned if sealed and in original condition within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping charges are borne by us if the item was wrong or damaged
Diagnostic Test Refunds
- Cancel before the phlebotomist arrives for a full refund
- Once a sample is collected and sent to the lab, refunds are not possible
